If you cannot find BYOD printer in your computer available printer list, the papercut printer deploy program need to be re-authenticated.
Note: this is not for new installation.
1. Click on the green Papercut printer icon in the task tray.
2. Choose the option to View my printers
3. If you have following error for installation failed, please log out by click on the Change User button.
4. When you see a login screen, please make sure you are using "Sign in with Microsoft".
5. When you see the message said Installed, you are good to go.
